We understand that landlords require a high standard of gas safety for their tenants, as well as confidence in the appliances to work as intended. We provide gas services to ensure that there are as few issues with your property’s gas safety, appliances, pipework and infrastructure as possible. It is the law that landlords must arrange a gas safety inspection for each of their rented properties once per year. We offer gas safety inspections carried out by our certified gas engineers for a price of £62.50+VAT. After the inspection is completed, we will send you a copy of your gas safety certificate for safekeeping.
Repairs
We have been completing repairs on gas appliances, pipework and infrastructure in Shetland for over 50 years. If your gas appliance isn’t working as intended, please give us a phone on 01595 692807 or email us at gas@rearo.co.uk describing the issue(s) and we can arrange for one of our certified gas engineers to have a look. We keep a wide range of spare parts in our depot in Lerwick to ensure we can get your appliance working again as soon as possible.
